• U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Senior Childcare Supervisor, Emergency Shelter Operations. Oversaw operations, scheduling, and management for a staff of more than 50 at a six month federal emergency shelter for unaccompanied minors at the Pomona Fairplex. Led operational readiness, logistics, staffing plans, and daily reporting under federal compliance standards and tight operational deadlines.
• Wilson Cetina Group, Event Production & Business Development Consultant. Ongoing consulting engagement covering contract negotiation and drafting, budget creation, scheduling, technical production logistics, and post project analysis for immersive and live event projects. Provide ongoing business development support and prepare complex proposals for government agencies including Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA).
• SEE Global Entertainment, Inc., Associate Producer, Immersive Experience. Managed production logistics, vendor coordination, and budget oversight for the immersive experience “Louvre Fantastique” in Chicago.

• Produced live national broadcast television during its early formative and transformational years, reporting directly to the executive producer.
• Produced integrated marketing campaigns and product integrations for sponsors including Sony Connect, Pontiac, Volkswagen, the NFL, and Virgin Atlantic, coordinating across talent, legal, finance, marketing, and senior network executives.
• Produced live concerts on Hollywood Boulevard, coordinating street closures and permits with the City of Los Angeles, LAPD, and LAFD, managing vendor contracts and contingency planning, and building schedules and budgets from scratch.
• Negotiated and managed corporate sponsorship partnerships totaling more than $4.9M, including a $3.2M Pontiac integration deal and a $1.7M exclusive content partnership with SonyConnect.com.
• Produced internal staff events and tentpole show events for talent in a daily live broadcast environment. Served as show concierge for green room guests.

• Built the children’s programming division from the ground up for the launch of ASTRO, Malaysia’s first satellite television network and sister company to Matinee Entertainment, an LA based children’s programming production house.
• Built the dialogue dubbing department from scratch to localize acquired international content for Malaysian audiences.
• Set and executed strategy for the children’s programming category from launch through expansion, managing milestones and deliverables across multiple internal teams and external partners.
